A transparent, end-to-end process for both talent and clients.
Sign up using your email address. You will be prompted to confirm your email before proceeding to complete your profile.
Provide your legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, your preferred name, date of birth, location, time zone, and contact details. This information is used for identity verification and contract preparation.
Upload your resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format. TalaPro will automatically parse your resume to pre-populate your work history and extract your skills for candidate matching. You can review and edit all parsed information before submission.
Your skills are auto-detected from your resume and listed for your review. You can add, remove, or adjust skill tags to accurately represent your expertise. You will also provide details about your work setup — internet speed, equipment, and work environment — which clients review as part of their evaluation.
A short 45–60 second video introduction gives clients a direct impression of your communication style and personality. You can record directly in the browser using your mobile device via QR code, or upload a pre-recorded video file. This step is optional but strongly encouraged — profiles with videos are prioritised in matching.
The TalaPro team reviews every submitted profile before it is made visible to clients. You will be notified by email once your profile has been approved or if additional information is required.
Once verified, your profile enters the matching pool. When a suitable client opportunity arises, you will be notified via email and your talent portal. Depending on the role, an optional structured assessment may be scheduled to evaluate technical skills, communication, and culture fit. You may decline opportunities that are not the right fit.
Once your assessment is approved, TalaPro facilitates a mutual introduction with the client — both parties sign an NDA first. A Service Agreement is then prepared and signed electronically. After contracts are executed, you will be asked to provide your Wise account details for payment disbursement. Payments are processed via Wise on the agreed schedule.
Submit a client registration request with your company name, industry, size, country, and contact details. Client accounts are reviewed and activated by the TalaPro team within 2 business days.
Once your account is active and subscribed, browse our curated talent profiles through the client portal. Each profile shows verified skills, work history, availability, hourly rate, work setup, and a video introduction. When ready, submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) — choose Track 1 (Browse & Hire) if you've found the right person, or Track 2 (Managed Search) if you'd like TalaPro to source the best match based on your brief.
The TalaPro team reviews your EOI and manages the process. Track 1 (Browse & Hire) moves directly from review to introduction. Track 2 (Managed Search) includes a sourcing and matching phase before introduction. You can track status in real time through your client portal. Talent identities remain confidential until both parties sign the NDA at the introduction stage.
Once a talent match has been assessed and approved, both parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) electronically before being introduced. TalaPro prepares and sends the NDA automatically — no paperwork required. After signing, you will receive the talent's full profile and contact details.
TalaPro prepares a Service Agreement outlining the engagement scope, hourly rate, start date, and duration. Both parties sign electronically through the platform. A signed PDF copy is automatically generated and stored for both parties.
Track active engagements, view contracts, and manage payment records through your client portal. All contract actions — new engagements, amendments, and terminations — are handled digitally through the platform with full audit trail.
All contract and engagement changes on TalaPro follow the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) framework — Add, Change, or Delete. This ensures every modification is tracked, approved, and documented.
